Bug description: Consumed on use and empty, it suppose to be NOT consumed on use

Hi,
today i have bought the item “Ingram's Puzzle” with 50 Curios Coin. Unfortunately the item doesn't work and it consumed on use (when the description say that it will NOT consume on use). So now i haven't anymore the item and the Curios Coin. There was alreay a thread about this bug, but it was closed long time ago.
Can I ask a refound of Curios Coin or another “Ingram's Puzzle” to keep in bank until it will be fixed? Thanks very much
