Bug description:
She cannot be interacted with. I'm a scribe and meet all the conditions for Glyph of the Shadow Succubus but she doesn't respond to /kiss emote.
She has everything added in the dabase. Ability to teach the glyph, condition for having Inscription to interact with but doesn't teach the spell.

Can confirm. Got the World Quest: Where There is a Whip (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=45977&&name=where-there-is-a-whip) today. Tried to interact With here but nothing happened. Did a /kiss emote and nothing happened. After completing the World Quest she dissapeared and the glyph is still on my unlearned tab in Inscription.
