Details: I received the Insignia of Grand Army on the first week of Argus release, I received it as an ilvl 910 and I've noticed that recently people have been awarded with ilvl 1000 from the quest, I tried to use Awoken Titan Essence to upgrade it but it didn't work.
I therefore ask you to please upgrade my defective Insignia of Grand Army to ilvl 1000
