Details: (optional) I completed the quest and didn't receive the item, it was confirmed in this topic, but I was hoping a mod would put it in my backpack so I can craft my 2nd legendary. I am poor and don't have much time to play so I was waiting for this for a long time farming and doing quests to get it. I have 800 blacksmithing and somehow didn't receive it.
