[REJECTED] [Item] [Draught of Souls] after recent fix

Bug description: After the recent fix on Draught of Souls,doing to much dmg for Wariors in particulary,it got nerfed for all classes,so as you are about to see in the video proof,This guy has a 910 Draught of Souls equiped,whit an overall gear equiped of 899 ilvl,that is nowhere near my gear that i have on my rogue that i play on Freakz.
I did the same thing replicating perfectly what he did,even so my Mythic Titanforged 929 Draught did less dmg than his 910 Draught

The only class that has different damage is Unholy DK.
