Bug description: After using the item Draenor recipes aren't being learned, also if you use the item while having Legion First Aid (max. 800 skill points) it changes to max 700 and you can't re-learn Legion First Aid.

Yup, i farmed these in case i was just very unlucky, after around 7 of them, i still can't lvl up my first aid and am now at 700 even though i learned Legion first aid before.
