Bug description: Inner Hallation is not giving Power Infusion anymore since Yesterday 31/05/2020.

As you can see in the screenshots, I tested it on a 7 minutes lenght fight with 4-5 targets healed by Radiance (around 1.5M heal per radiance) and it never procced.
This is happening since yesterday and i thought it was a personal bug but it is still happening today. I also searched in bug fixes notes but there's nothing about it. Fix it fast please its my favourite leggo.

I tested it and it's working fine. Please delete your cache and unstuck your caharacter from the website. If the problem persists then make another post with more info.
