Bug description: at 20 stacks the item has 100% dmg increase not 1000% as it should have
Proof: can be tested, without stacks it has close to 30k and with 20 stacks has 300k dmg instead of 3 M dmg
http://www.wowhead.com/patch-7-1-5-new-and-changed-legendary-items This is how it should work.

Tested this 3 times and It's working fine, next time If you dont post valid proof and just say "can be tested" I will reject it again.
