Character name: Soraz
Bug description: The bracers recieved from Benthic Token, 'Waveblade Farseer's Bindings', have an on hit proc chance to deal damage which is not proccing at all. The spell they are supposed to cast is called Frost Blast [Spell Link = https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=304640%5D. I did a dummy test with 5million damage done and it has procced ZERO times. Please check it out thanks! ♥

did you test it in Nazjatar or the Eternal Palace?
