[REJECTED] [Item] Xmog bug

Bug description: As you can see the images attached below, few days ago i had killed spider boss in Emerald nightmare and you can see the helmet i had received from armory but in my WoW xmog collection it's absent.
It's very weird like i had posted a previous bugg regarding vendor leutenant surtees where we (Alliance) don't get vindictive gladiator xmog set unlike the horde (We all know the whole community favors horde) but it's really annoying how the server is not fixing these buggs.
I'm sorry guys but this is truth.
I respect you all guys but cmon atleast don't let our stay as an ally player harder.

not really but what's the connection between cache and xmog items not being added to my collection?

Some xmog items require you to equip them in order to add them into your collection, have you equipped the said helmet when you got it as a drop or not?
Every time an xmog item drops its good to check at the bottom of the icon if there is an indication that requires you to equip the item in order to add it into your collection.

It's nothing targeted towards any faction to give advantage/disadvantage.
As for your issue, make sure you equip (make the item soulbound) after you obtain it so it gets properly saved into your collection. Otherwise, I couldn't reproduce your issue.
