Details: I was running the "Mogu'Shan Palace" Raid and after SO MANY runs i got the Reins of the Astral Cloud Serpent and i got it in my inventory and used it right as the server crashed and when i logged back on it was gone. Neither do i have it in my mounts collection, and i have farmed it on my other characters SO MANY TIMES. (optional)[/img]
