Details: (optional) So i got into a raid they already downed the first boss of the Emerald nightmare raid, Then we got to Ursoc killed him and i got relic. We tried 3rd boss but it was late and everyone left. I logged out was happy took a nap and logged back again into wow. Then i realized that my artifact level is 802 before it was 822 ilvl with new relic, so I inspected my relic slots and i found out that im missing my new relic. Also when i logged in and my cooldowns were active and were going off. But i dint do anything when i was loging off and i dint have any cooldowns active.
