We cannot impose for the loot to check for certain cases, but the loot table is pretty big, the chance of that happening is extremely low.

But when I made a ticket for the item I received on my Warrior which I already have. My ticket gets a reply saying it can't be done.

May I know why not? Because you clearly explain a raid finder bag will be given to us if it happens. I did read the description of the quest and since the only viable option I had to gaining 4p bonus was from a raid finder bag.

That rule was valid only for the very first few days, we've deleted it afterwards (as you can see, it is no longer in the first post).
