[REJECTED] [Kalimdor] Pet tamer Zunta doesn't give next quest

Bug description:
After completing quest !Zunta, The Pet Tamer (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=31812/zunta-the-pet-tamer), Zunta supposed to give quest to the next tamer !Dagra the Fierce (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=31813/dagra-the-fierce).
There is exclamation mark above NPC but he doesn't give any quests.
