[REJECTED] Kingslayers Offhand ilvl bug

Bug description: The offhand doesnt have the same ilvl as the main hand.

As you can see from the armory the main hand has different ilvl than the offhand which is still stuck with the base ilvl. I asked in guild and everyone said that this shouldn't happen and asked me to open ticket.

Things I have tried-

1> Unequip and re-equip
2> Changed specs while artifact was unequipped and then changed back and same problem.
3> Updated the relics 3-4 times in past week, hoping that would fix the ilvls but same issue remains.

Maybe don't listen to guildmates who have no clue and/or didn't play retail
