Bug description: Last Stand of the Moon Guard - Suramar

Dear Team,

This is the 3rd time raising my concern, as per the earlier instruction (below are links for reference), I have cleared all my active quests which are in my Q and tried to complete Last Stand of the Moon Guard in Suramar. Even after that i am facing the same issue, not able to find NPC in the said location - inside the MEREDIL cave.

Request you to please relook into this issue and assist me on the same to complete storyline quest which is pending from 4 past days.

i don't think this it's bug since you need this quest for the "Good Suramaritan" and i did that quests last week. I think you just let them talk and they tp you to the cave

Yes, we're sorry for the inconvenience as we thought you already completed that part of the quest chain that affects the position of the NPC.
