[REJECTED] Leatherworking and fishing are not working

Atleast in my case, leatherworking and fishing are not working.
Fishing > you can take obtain only 10 level but not pass it.
In leaterworking case > can not take this profesion. I tried many locations/trainers and nothing up to now.
