Bug description: I don't think this 15% healing buff works cause on my normal effuse i do 122k and on the veleen effuse i get 123k. I don't think 15% = 1k ...

It was disabled until next restart, it's one of the recent crash reasons

After the server crashed the problem didn't solve, still it boosts my effuse with just 1k...
Let me know if it's still disabled
And if it is please post here when you re-enable it.

It's no longer disabled. If you still consider it bugged, please write a full bug report, not just "still not working bugged"
