after reaching Stage 5: Corruption Detected of the legendary quest Thunder Forge scenario
I ran out of anvils and died.
after that the anvils won't reset and the defender is still dead I left the area and went in again still not reset
I abandoned the quest and took it again and still the anvils are not reset
and the Sha Amalgamation instantly casts insanity at start with no anvils to stop it.

The anvils take about 30 min to reactivate.
