Bug description: I defeat 2 time in heroic dungeon that enemy and dont drop the quest item, what can i do? I miss that question for craft my leggendary item

Also I can't find the droprate in freakz database for some reason, but wowhead says 7.46%.

Won't drop if you already have cooldown. Try on mythic

I read online that it was more useful to do it in heroic. But now i try to do in mythic

I try today in mythic... And nothing, didnt drop quest item...
