[REJECTED] Legion Client issue

I downloaded the Legion Client and it's saying "The CAS system was unable to initialize / failed fetching the CDN configuration file / E_NOT_AVAILABLE"
I deleted the config folder from the Data folder as explained in the client page but the problem keeps popping up and I cant launch the game.What do I do?
