Bug description: Frozen Orb does not contact lei shen but keeps on going forward and not giving any procs whatsoever.
if frozen orb hits a target it will slow it's movement speed & give a 100% proc of fingers of frost and has a 15% chance to proc again when it hits .
at lei shen it doesn't do any of that but keeps mooving till it fades wich is litterly a 100k dps loss + no burst on mages (unless u get procs from frostbolt)

Proof: a screenshot wont do anything and considering that i play on a potato i can't really record while doing lei shen.
