[REJECTED] Leyline bling and A Growing Crisis

Bug description: I have read that reputation requirement for A Growing Crisis has been removed. The quest is still not available to me. I have completed all Suramar questlines but the last two. I read that killing the last boss in emerald nightmare as well as complete Leyline Bling. I have the first leyline activated as I completed that quest but the rest are available in the world. I have gone to the locations and they are not there. Please fix or make a growing crisis avaiable somehow. It is the last step i need to complete Broken Isle pathfinder part one.
