Character name: Tarix
Bug description: I completed the shadowmourne questline and got it, but on the next quest where I had to loot the Sealed Chest the lich king fell through the floor and I could not loot it and the quest was completed. can you give me the sealed chest or remove the quest completion so I can do it again. I know now that i need to kite him to the stairs.
Proof: Pretty easy to replicate

The issue for the boss falling underground was already reported here.
You can abandon the quest and re-take it if you want to redo it, otherwise we can't just provide loot from bosses to certain players as it would be unfair towards the others.
