Bug description: I don't have the quest mark at Archmage Khadgar to start [Light's Charge] quest so i can finish my paladin class hall campaign to unlock the 3'rd relic slot and unlock more than 2 champions.i'm stuck

This quest is not even scripted,check the questchain https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=42846&&name=the-blood-matriarch and find the quest you need to do to unlock the 3rd relic.
