Bug description: Velen and Rakeesh dialogues were overlapping at certain times, most prominently during the time when Rakeesh is killed. The speech is total chaos and ruins the immersion.
Proof: Can't really provide proof, as I've done that part but i hope someone else who has done it can confirm!
