Item Name & ID: 99683 (Helm of the Cursed Vanquisher), 99689 (Helm of the Cursed Conqueror), 99694 (Helm of the Cursed Protector)

Details:
Thok did not drop the token helmet 3 times in a row now (neither does anyone got it from bonus roll in group) & the same happened for Nazgrim the past few times but that's another story
the tokens from bosses all should be atleast 100% droprate (as it is on Sha of Pride)
