Hey there!

Sometimes achievement rewards don't appear until you relog. Have you tried this already to see if the title got added afterwards?

I have tried reloging multiple times,also checking maybe it is visible on other chars. resetted the game few times. Stil no title. I had same issue with crazy cat lady when i got crazy cat man instead ( and its stil that way :/ ). Is it possible i have some title issues?
