Details: I bought 12 living steel around 18:30 CET and i logged in around 1:00 CET and they were gone. Then logged on my monk and those 2 heirlooms were gone too

cannot help with this problem since there is no proof provided. Cannot help with heirlooms unless it was from vote shop or wow shop
