[REJECTED] Lost all traits on an artifact weapon after hexweave bag removal.

Details: My traits on my arcane mage's Artifact weapon are gone. When freakz removed hexweave bags.
I was on my frost spec and offline when the bags got removed. I got my items back in the mail, but it seems like it affected my arcane mage's artifact, because it was in my bags. I still have the relics, but no traits.
The only proof that I have are:34 trait achievement, VoDs from heroic and mythic NH raiding and players from mythic kill boss timers from freakz's website. I really don't know how I could join a mythic group without any traits.
I deleted cache, unstucked, and added 1 trait (in hope for getting back all of my traits) to my artifact.
After that I made a ticket and only response i got is: Do you have the screenshot of your traits? I also directly contacted a gm after i got the ticket response and he couldn't help.
