[REJECTED] [MONK] Wind Walker - Effuse heal bug on Arena/BG

Bug description: Hi, not sure which part of this spell is bugged as both spells maybe the issue so I linked here both. Basically in Arena and BG these spells for Wind Walker monk is not healing only 2-3 HP. Let me re-mention before this gets attacked, Mist Weaver, Brew Master is fine. Only Wind Walker monk has this issue.

Please have a check on it as this is really unfair on Arena`s and BG`s . I know It shows on the log that it heals but it actually not. I cannot make a video of it to get a better proof. So please if any other player experiences this and can attach a video to have a better proof , please do so.

It is working fine based on your screenshots, Gust of mist is the Mastery for MW monk and should not work for Other specs hence its only healing for 2-3, but if it makes you happy I'll record proof that it works fine.

Edit: Proof that its working fine (I even tested this with full gear on and its healing correctly)

If it works fine pls do as for me doesnt matter how hard I try to heal myself nothing happens and that not the debuff from combat or anything

The combat log system works 99% of the time, you're just under the impression that its not healing you because effuse isnt supposed to heal you for a lot (even retail players complained about this) and you can easily test this yourself via .challenge <name of person>
