Bug description: i noticed a bug with the spell vivify with the monk heal, it should heal target +2 ally, if the ally is close but not stack, the ally is not healed

The video you provided clearly shows that Vivify works as intended, it healed your primary target and 2 close allies.
Maybe the problem you wanted to point out was the legendary, please read it carefully before posting Ei'thas, Lunar Glides of Eramas, the legendary is used only on Uplifting Trance procs.

hmm maybe you right, i dont watch corretly on the video, but sometime I have the impression that my vivify heal only 2 target because the 3rd isn't enough close

Smart heals are weird sometimes in the server where the last target isnt healed, this goes the same for Wild growth for druid and Radiance for Disc priests. As for the extra target that only happens if you get an uplifiting trance proc while Wearing the legendary boots.
