[REJECTED] [Mage][Arcane] Polymorphed enemies can still attack you

Bug description: The spell description says "While affected, the victim cannot take actions", but actually it can still melee hit you and maybe even something else.

As you can see in the image, Sigryn is polymorphed (and based on the remaining time you should get it's not been JUST polymorphed but it's been a while), but she can still hit me, as you can see from the combat log.

Even if I gave my proof as an Arcane Mage and in the Mage tower, Polymorph works like this in almost every situation, and maybe for other specs as well.
