Bug description:

Arcane
Increased the damage of most Arcane spells and abilities by 8% (Arcane Barrage, Arcane Blast, Arcane Explosion, Arcane Missiles, Arcane Orb, Nether Tempest, Supernova).
Overpowered now increases the damage and mana cost bonuses of Arcane Power to 60% (was 70%).
Amplification now increases Arcane Missiles damage by 12% (was 15%)..

Has the 8% increase been implemented? Cause overpowered wasnt and amplification wasnt either and they were fixed recently but no mention of 8% buff. i find it hard to believe the 8% was already here since the rest of this hotfix was missing.

Server has an uptime of 16 hours. All of these fixes will only go live after the next restart.
