[REJECTED] [Mage Campaign] [Artifact Questline]

I have recently logged back onto my LVL100 Mage since the new patch. Having left that toon at the starting legion content. I have cleared Cache in my attempts at fixing this issue.

Bug description:

I cannot start the artifact questline, or access the legion content outside of the New Dalaran.
The Hall of the Guardian is missing the Scouting Table with which to choose the land.


I have the Dalaran hearthstone & the Mage Teleport to the Hall of the Guardian; having initially flown to Dalaran above Karazhan manually to complete the quest (In the blink of an eye).
At this point the portal in Stormwind was taking me to the New Dalaran, with no scenario/cut scene.
Since then I have not been approached by a quest giver as with other toons. No other quests appear in the new Dalaran, having checked Khadgar at his various possible spots.




I am unsure if having started stuff in 7.2.5 and then returned after the patch is the issue, of if I am just missing something.

Hopefully some light can be shed on this issue - any assistance appreciated in advance : )
