[REJECTED] [Mage] Combustion - Scale dmg

Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
Living bomb dot tick - 2706
Pyroblast dot tick - 796
Rezultatul= Combustion dot tick - 1083
Cand ar fi trebuit sa fie 3502

Mentionez ca valorile dot-urilor la LB si Pyro sunt mai mare cu full gear pe mine LB 4k si Pyro 2k (fara trinket proc!).

Rezultand un dmg scazut in Combustion (Exemplu dmg scazut: ~150k/combustion ,calculand si ignite-ul de la crit combustion intr-un raid de 10). Combustion fiind cel mai bun spell contra AOE.

Pentru acest test am renuntat la itemele cu proc buffs pentru a nu se scala gresit.

In Combustion dot tick trebuie sa fie prezent si Ignite, l-am testat separat, cu el se scaleaza corect!

Te-a invins mecanismul de Combustion. Living Bomb, la fel ca si Pyroblast, are tick o data la 3 secunde, in timp ce Combustion are la fiecare secunda. In consecinta, Combustion o sa dea pe secunda cat da Living Bomb pe secunda + cat da Pyroblast pe secunda. Folosind numerele tale:

Living Bomb - 2706/3=902 DPS
Pyroblast - 796/3=265 DPS

=>> Combustion - 1167 DPS (tick in cazul Combustion, dar tu ai 11 tick pentru ca ai +1 tick din Haste). Tu ai dat 1083, nu vad o diferenta atat de mare incat sa fie considerat bug.

No real bug here. (pentru mai putin de 100 DPS nu merita deranjul, posibil sa fie formula un pic razna, dar nu cu mult)
