Bug description: You should be able to inferno blast > combustion > inferno blast and if combustion doesn't cirt should still generate Pyroblast,in order for this to work combustion should have a 0.25 delay

That would mean changing how spells are handled in the core i think, its the same thing that warriors were crying about with bladestorm removing their cc.

In the case you presented, this was also possible because of that delay that always existed on retail, not because it was intended.

The purpose of combustion resetting inferno blast cd was not designed to be used like this believe it or not, it was just so you could spread your combustion instantly after creating it on your target. This was just a side effect. Not sure if this can be replicated on private servers, still, should wait for a staff reply.

Hi there , the problem is that the combustion spell remove proc (from crith strike) on hot streak its not delay just bugged
thats why use inferno blast combustion inferno blast dont generate inst pyroblast i think.

lol its fix just need dly to some spell for bliz fix like combustion ,polymorph ,scorch, anything like fireball for travel time

Im not sure that the delay accept the fact that combustion remove hot streak proc (its not the reason)

Rejected,now we should bring retail bugs on private too?we already have too many bugs and it's nice that at least the general delay is working good here.
