Character name: Daggero (Blood Elf)
Bug description: Combustion always give addition 2.25% mastery (1200 stat) regardless of characters critical strike rating.
Im guessing its taking base 5% + 1% from belf passive aka 2400 crit rating into 1200 mastery rating, which shouldn't happen.

1:06 - crit rating - 17 857
2:35 - mastery rating - 7 621 (20.29% overall)
7:23-7:41 combustion - mastery - 37%
1% mastery = 533.33 mastery rating
Doing math:
17 857 / (2 * 533.33) = 16.74% as combustion bonus
20.29% + 16.74% = 37.03% as show in video 37% w/o decimals
