Bug description: Today I was playing WoW and from around lvl 40 I managed to have 2 Fire Blasts with reduced CD. Problem is, it's suppose to be a talent from lvl 60.

At level 48 you get Rank3 of the spell, which grants you 2 charges. if you choose the talent, you will get 3.

Oh! I thought this is a bug. Sorry for missunderstanding ^^
