Bug description: shifting power is intrerupt by fire blast this should not happen , fire blast is the single spell on fire mage that dont interupt shipting power

Was fixed on friday on Developer Realm, not yet applied on live as its a weekend and no devs available to resolve any issues which may arise due to a restart
