Bug description: Frozen orb lasts only 12 seconds instead of 15. It has never been changed on retail and is still 15 on retail

tooltip says its 15

tbh now that I tested it, FO lasts more like 11 seconds + 1 second fade away animation, when it no longer does any damage. When fixing, take that into consideration as well
