Bug description: Using Ice Lance with the Splitting Ice talent near someone from the opposite faction that is flagged for PVP will flag you for PVP as well even when you cant actually target them and aren't flagged yourself. Note that only the second ice lance attack (one from talent) will hit the flagged player from the opposite faction. This might work for all talents that damage nearby enemies when you hit a primary enemy with an offensive spell (e.g unstable magic).

Proof: Going to have to ask you to try it,as I have no way to take video to collect proof and a SS will not accurately show what is going on.

Also applies for arcane barrage cleave, mark of aluneth, arcane explosion, unstable magic talent. Im pretty sure it happens with fire too with conflagration or ignite spreading. EXTREMELY annoying.

It happens for most classes that deal Cleave damage. It's just a general bug.

We need make PVP in all world - enabled, without ability to cancel it
