Bug description: Ice lance has weird inconsistant damage, it's about 1k difference without gear also apparent with FoF procs or regular crits, has no patterns and it's putting out random numbers.

Confirmed, Tested without gear and when taking no dmg increasing passives (taking [Ray of Frost][Mirror Image][Frozen Touch]) there is a weird random fluctuation when spamming ice lances on a raiding dummy. =)

And? It is completely normal, because it has 10% variance. It's the same on retail.
