Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu sunt sigur daca este sau nu bug,dar din cate arata imaginea de mai jos,72 dot la frostfirebolt mi se pare absurd la lvl 85 si peste 4k spell power

Da e putin ... si cu ocazia asta vreau sa spun ca frostfire bolt are cooldown intern de 10 secunde cand se procuie la mind freeze.

Din cate stiam Icd la brain freeze a fost scos si sa bagat " Brain Freeze cannot be triggered by Frostfire Bolt." pentru a impiedica spamul. Tot ce gasesc pe net despre Icd la brain freeze e outdated . .
