WoW Freakz spell link: Frigid Grasp (Azerite Trait)
Character name: Boreazko
Bug description: Frigid Grasp trait, on a 385 ilvl chest, displays the following: "Icy Veins grants you a charge of Fingers of Frost and increases your Intellect by 1002 for 2? sec". However on use of Icy Veins, the intellect buff is 334.

It is because your PvP is active so the trait got downscaled, once you enter a dungeon or raid it will be normal or just turn your PvP off to get the correct value outside of raid or dungeon, Works as intended , Rejected.
