Bug description: I accidentally deleted my 'Mana Divining Stone' and normally the NPC 'First Arcanist Thalyssra' should give me another one.
Proof: http://imgur.com/giBBMuM (On the retail server if you remove the item from the inventory you can get it back from the NPC.)

I confirm this error, and it is really annoying, because many ancient mana are needed for missions in suramar
