Bug description: When i use the item it show me the cinematic. But then i don't get the appearance and when i go to the artifact forge i can't see it neither.

Rejected. Tested it and unlocked the hidden appearance instantly. Try do delete cache before using it again.

You could make a post here to recover your used item. If the problem still persists then please come back with more info.
