WoW Freakz link: I don't know what to post here
Bug description: I'm posting for my friend since he doesn't speak english at all. So, he is a marksmanship hunter, we've been playing for a while and he still can't unlock his third relic, from talking to him he told me he rejected a quest in his class halls and now he can't get it back and he's been struggling trying to unlock third relic for like 2 weeks, he says he tried everything, checked every place, even hunters from our guild that are like 860+ logged on his char but none of them could find a quest to unlock it
