[REJECTED] Master Tan is not selling anything and is not interactable.

Bug description: The NPC named "Master Tan <Fist Weapon Vendor>" is not interactable. As you click on him,nothing happens and his inventory does not show up. He sells nothing. As you can see on the link above,the Handwraps would be really awesome if they could be purchasable. I hope you will notice this soon and fix this,because this feature would be very awesome for many WW monks in transmogrification. Thank you!
