[REJECTED] Mastery bug-mages

Okay, this is about mastery:

I am a mage on exodous, Easytech.

I have following issue about mastery; I have recently got http://www.wowhead.com/item=59519 . It does not work at all, intellect bonus is permanent and it is okay, but mastery, it turns on sometimes, and I get +11 mastery, but as though it never existed. It is the same damage as the stat itself had increased. What shall we do? Other classes claim that it works for that, and that means the mages are pushed behind, and alot.

In name of all mages, we would appreciate if you have had it fixed as soon as possible,

Proof ? I know 10+ Mages who claim that Mastery works and ofc that trinket.

Rejected. Open a new topic if you got any certain evidence, such as a detailed Combat Log, concerning this matter.
